Fisker was repped by Colliers EVP Ian DeVries (here at the top of Haleakala, Maui), who says this is an important and valuable victory for all of California to see manufacturing coming back to the state. Colliers associate Chris DeVries also repped Fisker, while landlord First Industrial Realty was repped by Ian and Colliers EVP Kevin McKenna.

This is just the latest victory for Moreno Valley, which has been surging (as has the whole IE). Corporate neighbors in Moreno Valley for Fisker include Amazon and Procter & Gamble, which both signed long-term leases in the past few years.
