Jupiter Holdings launched a curated arts program at Topaz, the investment firm's newly rebranded office tower on the San Pedro waterfront, and commissioned John Van Hamersveld to create an original piece. He's a local artist who is best known for his Day-Glo surf movie poster, Endless Summer, as well as over 300 rock album covers. The 20'x10' art work will be displayed in the lobby of the 11-story, 292k SF office tower. Topaz signed new leases with Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Blue Logistics, and most recently, PROCEL, a medical staffing firm relocating from Hermosa Beach.
