Ted Simpson Team Joins Avison Young

If the Earth seems to be off its orbit, that may be because veteran Downtown office broker Ted Simpson (far left) and his team have joined Avison Young's Downtown LA office. Ted, Jacob Bobek, and Scott Steuber join as principals, and Ted is also managing director. VP Michael Ma, associates Jeff Vertun and Scott Donaghe, and marketing coordinator Edward Resetar round out the team. SoCal managing director Chris Cooper (standing)says the group--which came over from Cushman & Wakefield--composes one of the region's top corporate-occupier teams. Transactions include a number of building-top signage deals, including China Trust (801 S Figueroa). But they're not done with moving boxes yet: This Friday, AY's Downtown office isrelocating to 555 S Flower.
