First Look: Gwyneth Paltrow's Ritzy Private Club

If you've been waiting to see what Gwyneth Paltrow's fancy private club on the Sunset Strip is going to look like, now's your chance.

The Arts Club costs $2k to join and an additional $2k a year at its London outpost. Members have to follow certain rules, including a no-swearing policy, according to Curbed.

The LA location will be on the site of the former Hustler Store on the Sunset Strip.

The nine-story, 132k SF building will have creative office space and a gallery on the first four floors. The other floors will be for club members and amenities include a lounge, guest rooms, a restaurant and a swimming pool. [Curbed]
