Paseo Plaza Could Be Coming To Hollywood

CIM Group may be taking steps to develop the old Sears Hollywood site at 5601 Santa Monica Blvd into a mixed-use project.

Known as the Paseo Plaza development, it would consist of retail and multifamily.

A decade-old LA Department of City Planning filing shows there would be 375 residential units and more than 263k SF of retail space, Urbanize LA reports.

The buildings could be as high as seven stories tall, according to permits filed with the LA Department of Building and Safety.

There would also be 1,600 below-grade parking spaces, according to Gruen Associates' project page. [ULA]
