The Martin Expo Town Center slated for 12101 West Olympic Blvd near the Metro Expo Line is getting a major redesign. The owners of the family-run Martin Automotive Group are developing the project, which is being designed by Gensler.
The project will consist of a nearly five-acre, mixed-use development and would replace the Cadillac and General Motors dealership at the site. Current plans are to possibly build 516 apartments or condos in a seven-story building, in addition to retail and restaurants on its ground floor, according to Urbanize LA.
There would also be a separate 10-story building that would feature office space as well as retail space on the ground floor. [ULA]
