Kennedy Wilson's Newest Hires

When Fred Crdova (right) announced his departure from Colliers International, we wondered where the institutional investment sales veteran would land next. Wait no more: Fred and fellow veteran pro Christine Deschaine have joined Kennedy Wilson, the latest recruits in the Beverly Hills-based firm's bid to create an all-star brokerage team as part of its investment and services platform. Fred, an EVP of KW Properties Group, has handled $6B of CRE transactions and played a major role in the revitalization of Downtown LA. Joining him from Colliers is Ryan Eddy.
