JLL Strengthening Industrial Platform

JLL executive managing director Craig Meyer (right, with the 85-pound sailfish he caught two miles off South Beach, Fla.) serves as the firm's industrial and logistics-Americas leader. He tells us the company's industrialplatform isgrowing"at a pretty aggressive pace." In SoCal, it recently recruited the veteran team of Harvey Beesen and Luke Staubitz from the Klabin Co as EVPs in the El Segundo office, along with VP Andrew Dilfer. It also hired a national investment sales team, including Bo Mills in LA, to lead its West Coast industrial capital markets practice. The fish was unavailable for comment.
