The Beverly Hills house of Jackie Collins, the late best-selling novelist, is on the market for $30M.

The eight-bedroom, 20k SF home features a swimming pool with a cabana and terraces that overlook Hollywood Hills.

There is an about 100-foot-long art gallery that connects the main house to a guest house complete with a gym, offices and a screening room, according to LAist.
