When he notes the arrival of trendy restaurants and bars, you might think Allen Matkins partner David Stone is speaking about Downtown LA. However, it's the east SF Valley on his mind. Having grown up inTarzanaand gone to high school right down the street, David's especially qualified to moderate our Future of the Valley Summit,this Thursday at the Sportsmen's Lodge Events Center in Studio City. One hot topic isthe Valley'seconomic drivers--including how studio expansions and relocations in the Tri-Cities (NBC, Disney, etc) will likely affect the east Valley. He also plans to discuss what's new with the Valley's traditional tenants. Speaking of arrivals, three months ago, David and wife Jennifer welcomed their second daughter, Isabelle, who joined big sis Kayla (three and a half).
