Congrats to Last Night's LA TOBY Winners

Last night, two LA-area office properties won bragging rights as the best of the best in building management at BOMA's 2014 Every Building Conference & Expo in Orlando. Constellation Place in Century City won an International TOBY in the Earth category. Here, JMB Real Estate Services and BOMA/GLA celebrate the 775k SF, Class-A tower, where emissions dropped 26% in four years. Additionally, Colorado Center in Santa Monica, owned and managed by Equity Office, won in the suburban mid-rise category. As you know, the two projects previously won TOBYs in their respective categories at the local and regional levels.
