CIM Group Completes Gershwin Redo

This may not be a rhapsody in blue, but the Gershwin Apartments in Hollywood looks like a rhapsody in brick. CIM Group just completed the makeover of the former Gershwin Hotel into a residential project geared toward young, creative-type urban professionals--most of the 163units are either efficiency studios with kitchenettes or studio apartments with full kitchens. The building (5533 Hollywood Blvd) offers a gym, business center, and lounge with WiFi and video game stations,steps from the Metro Red LIne station at Hollywood and Western.
