BRC Advisors Grows LA

BRC Advisors managing partner Rich Enderlin reports that the full-service real estate companys growth has been huge since 2010. There were less than 40 brokers in the company that year, and now there are 75. Sales have doubled in both 2011 and 2012 (gross sales last year: $400M, with no debt on the table). The firm was founded in downtown LA in 2004 and has since expanded to five offices, including Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, and Koreatown. Its triple-net lease division closed one of the largest transactions in the nation last year:$150M for a portfolio of CVS stores. Its property management division oversees $50M worth of assets, and its in-house capital group has raised funds for various investment purposes. Long-range goal: go regional and then national.
