| We’d like to raise a glass to the future leaders of our industry, and Friday’s the final day you can send in your nominations for Bisnow’s new “Emerging Stars” ranking. Who we’re looking for: 40-and-under superstars with mojo and a great story—when they speak, the industry listens. The criteria: 40 or younger this year, works in the NY metro, and is a property owner, developer, asset/property manager, investor, financier, broker, or a community leader with direct impact on CRE. The preliminary list will be vetted by multiple people within Bisnow and the industry; the final rankings in June will be determined by each candidate's industry influence, not deal size.Know someone who fits the bill?
