Who we’re looking for: 40-and-under superstars with mojo and a great story—when they speak, the industry listens. The criteria: 40 or younger this year, works in the NY metro, and is a property owner, developer, asset/property manager, investor, financier, broker, or a community leader with direct impact on CRE.
