New Zone A Rent Record For Oxford Street

Oxford Street

Polish cosmetics retailer Inglot broke a record when it leased 409 Oxford St from Hong Kong-based Circle Group; it is paying £625k/year for 600 SF, the highest rent ever for a Zone A property.

The store will be the company’s third in the UK after opening at Westfield Straford City and Westfield London, according to Building Design and Construction.

Ten new international retailers have opened on Oxford Street this year, and by the end of the year another 13 will join them.
