Eccleston Place near Victoria Station will soon be a creative hub for indie retailers, designers and entrepreneurs. Grosvenor secured planning permission for a scheme to provide 80k SF of shops for up-and-coming designers, co-working space for a mix of creative businesses, and dining options clustered around a landscaped courtyard that will also serve as a community event space.
A new pedestrian route from Ebury Street to the courtyard will connect the development with the complementary retail on Elizabeth Street.
