WeWork Opens Its Second Location In South Bank

WeWork will open a new location in South Bank. The company will occupy 72k SF across three floors of Hermes Investment Management's South Bank Central Vivo building, which will accommodate over 1,000 new WeWork members. This is WeWork's 11th location across London, and its second on the South Bank, which is an epicentre for art and culture.
 
Union Street Partners and CBRE acted on behalf of the landlord, Hermes Investment Management.
