Weston House Signs Two New Leases (And One Of Them Is Hush-Hush)

An unnamed UK government department signed a lease for the entire seventh floor of Frogmore’s Weston House on High Holborn, and specialist energy and infrastructure law firm Peace|Crowell leased 1,800 SF on the sixth floor. The recent lettings reflect rents of £65 to £72.50/SF. With a further 3,900 SF under offer on the sixth floor, only 17k SF remains available, on the fourth and fifth floors.

Farebrother and Edward Charles & Partners are the letting agents for Weston House. Cushman & Wakefield advised on the acquisition of the seventh floor. Peace|Crowell was unrepresented.
