The Office Group Adds Another London Property To Its Growing Portfolio

The Office Group, a firm specializing in co-working spaces, has signed a lease on its 32nd property in London, and 34th overall.

The newest addition is a 70K SF space in Victoria, at 84 Eccleston Square, which TOG signed to a 20-year lease with the owner, Mosaic Properties. After a planned refurbishment scheduled to be finished by the end of the year, TOG will have its first Victoria office space. It recently let space for locations in Hammersmith, Vauxhall and King's Cross.

The Victoria building, of which TOG will occupy every floor, is a three-minute walk from Victoria Station, a convenience that TOG co-CEO Charlie Green noted as a crucial selling point in its acquisition.
