The Office Group Acquires Third King's Cross Building

Flexible workplace pioneer The Office Group snapped up York House, an office building in King’s Cross, London. The 42k SF seven-story building takes the firm’s portfolio to 33 workspaces totaling over 1M SF.

The Office Group already has three buildings in King’s Cross, a prime location for startups and small businesses that demand shared office and co-working spaces.
