Helical's Old Street Office Project Taking Shape As Pipeline Promises Busy Autumn

Helical is nearing the end of demolition work on Phase 2 of its mixed-use project The Bower. Phase 2—known as The Tower—will sit alongside the completed and fully let Warehouse and Studio developments. The Tower will comprise 170k SF of office and 7k SF of retail/restaurant space. A letting campaign will commence in early 2018.

Helical has two more projects under construction that will launch soon. The Charterhouse Square development is deep in refurbishment work, due to complete in the first quarter of 2017. That building will offer 38k SF of office and 5k of retail and restaurant space.  And work on the 272k SF office scheme One Creechurch Place is on track to complete in October and then launch in November.
