The British Property Federation has announced the winners of the BPF Futures Tomorrow’s Leaders Awards 2019, at a ceremony held on the Terrace Pavilion at the Houses of Parliament.

The awards are now in their fourth year and celebrate the real estate industry’s exceptional and diverse range of future leaders across a number of areas.

The 2019 winners are:

BPF Futures Community Engagement Award winner:
    •    Rebecca Bird, general manager, Capital & Regional
 
Highly commended: Charlotte-Daisy Leeming, head of corporate and social responsibility, Town Centre Securities
 
BPF Futures Diversity & Inclusion Award winner:
    •    Charlotte Morphet, principal policy planner, London Borough of Waltham Forest
 
Highly commended: Miroslav Gospodinov, founder, chief product officer and chief financial officer, Staykeepers
 
BPF Futures Promoting the Industry Award winner:
    •    Sarah Hayford, founder, The Land Collective
 
BPF Futures LandAid Award winner:
    •    Sarah Gunn, marketing and communications executive, TFT
 
Highly commended: David Cowgill, partner (commercial property), Schofield Sweeney
 
BPF Futures Rising Star Award winner, decided from the winners of the other four categories:
