Market Square Tower, Houston’s tallest residential high-rise, will welcome Coterie as its next tenant. Co-founders Charles Lusk and Sean Marshall created Coterie to mirror the energy of Downtown Houston’s resurgence with a focus on the international: almost all of the furniture and fixtures in the 1,500 SF space will be handmade in Italy.
“We’re two guys at the top of our game and ready to use our expertise to add exciting new ventures and concepts to the Houston market,” Lusk said.
The seasonal menu will range from breakfast to late night, adding another amenity to the luxury tower, already famed for its cantilevered pool.
“Market Square Tower offers an acre of amenities, and a level of luxury and services which is unmatched,” Woodbranch Investments Corp. President Philip Schneidau said.
