JLL SVP Simmi Jaggi and VP Elizabeth Clampitt led the team that sold the 15-acre tract at SH 99 and Harlem Road on behalf of Aliana. Construction has already commenced on the new 102k SF upscale H-E-B.
The retail market in Houston is hot as retailers play catch-up with Houston's strong population growth in the last few years.
