Will Midtown Get a New Office Tower?

Senterra has announced its plans to build a 16-story, 250k SF office tower at 3003 Louisiana. If it's built (it's waiting on about 50% pre-leasing to break ground, and office leasing has slowed dramatically), it'll be the first new office development in Midtown in decades, the Houston Chronicle reports.
