Rockwater Energy Solutions Inks New HQ Lease

Rockwater Energy Solutions is moving its HQ to the Galleria area—it leased 32k SF in 515 Post Oak.

Stream Realty SVP Brad Fricks and Paul Coonrod repped landlord Columbia Property Trust—they say the 274k SF Class-A building is now 64% leased and has other prospects in the works. (Office leasing in Houston has been sporadic overall lately, Brad tells us.) Cushman & Wakefield's Trey Strake and Jim Bailey repped the tenant, which has grown significantly since it was formed in 2011. 515 Post Oak got $7.5M in renovations in 2013.
