One Grove Street Reaches New Milestones

One Grove Street, the first office building in Midway’s Kirby Grove, has a lot to celebrate this week—it topped out and reached 60% pre-leased. The team (including leasing agent Colvill Office Properties) just announced deals with BoyarMiller (25k SF), PlainsCapital Bank (15k SF) and Velite Benchmark Capital Management (7,300 SF). It’s got another 22k SF of undisclosed tenants in its back pocket plus the anchor 63k SF commitment by The Vitol Group. Pictured is construction progress as of yesterday afternoon—the curtain wall is nearing completion.

The 225k SF, 16-story Class-A building will deliver this fall. Midway also is underway with Avenue Grove (270 multifamily units starting deliveries this fall as well) and restaurant elements, including 25k SF of ground-floor retail at One Grove Street.
