Major Downtown Relocation Into One Shell

One Shell Plaza will soon welcome NRG. The electric power company is leaving its 250K SF space at GreenStreet for the 50-story Downtown tower. There is no word on exactly how much space NRG will occupy at One Shell. Shell Oil retained Cushman & Wakefield's Tim Relyea and Joe Peddie to find tenants for its sublease space in the building.

Midway and Lionstone are wasting no time repurposing the space at GreenStreet. They engaged a team including Gensler and Streetsense to design the four-city-block urban campus with dramatically redefined interior and exterior spaces from the ground floor to the office tower and attached parking garage.
