JLL SVP Edward Prejean negotiated on behalf of the sublandlord, Money Management International.

US Money Reserves, an Austin-based rare coin seller, leased 10.3k SF on the second floor. John Hanley of Commercial Real Estate Solutions repped the tenant.

Industrial Info Resources, a Houston-based database solutions provider, leased 10.2k SF also on the second floor. Marcus & Millichap’s Keith Lloyd repped the subtenant.
