Hobby-Area Co-Working Space With Waiting List Plans To Triple In Size

Vibe Ventures, a co-working and executive suite provider near Hobby Airport, is receiving an upgrade. The 4,500 SF space will expand an additional 7,200 SF in response to robust demand. Vibe Hobby enjoys a unique location not far from the end of the tarmac at rapidly growing Hobby Airport in the southern half of Houston.

“Interest in Ventures has been off the charts,” NAI Partners' Zach Leger said. “We currently have a waiting list and are looking into selling licenses."

Vibe Hobby was acquired in October 2014 by Hayman Properties as a repositioning opportunity with a strong value-add component, and since that time the company has completed a comprehensive repositioning plan centered around the addition of the Ventures co-working space.

NAI Partners’ office landlord leasing team, composed of Zach Leger and Jacob Aldridge, is the exclusive leasing agent for the 178K SF property.
