Granite Celebrates a Nearly Full Building

No one needs a reason for an ice cream party, but Granite Properties employees had two for their recent Hawaiian-themed shindig. First, director of leasing Steve West tells us they were celebrating an expansion lease with JGC, which will now occupy five floors at Granite Briarpark Green. He’s also got deals in the works that could take it to over 90% leased by the end of the summer. Second, it’s National Ice Cream Month. (Y’all are just now telling us this?! We’ve wasted the last 30 days.)
