200k SF Of Office Delivers In Northwest Houston

200k SF of Class-A office has delivered in Northwest Houston. Stream Realty completed the second phase of Remington Square for owner Sun Life Financial at 10730 West Sam Houston Pkwy N. Kirksey Architects designed the building, and Hoar Construction served as the general contractor.

Stream's Ryan Bishop (pictured) and Brad Fricks will lead leasing and marketing. Ryan tells us Remington Square Phase 2 is strategically located near retail, so employees can take advantage of dining and shopping options.

Phase 2 of Remington Square is surrounded by two existing office buildings with over 191k SF of Class-A space. Some of the new building's amenities include an on-site café and fitness center, signage opportunities for tenants, and easy highway access.
