The $10M capital improvement campaign at 1415 Louisiana, a 43-story, LEED-certified Class-A office tower in Houston's CBD, has been completed. Updates include a new contemporary, expansive main lobby with contrasting Italian stone; a new building entry and canopy (above); a dynamic tunnel makeover; newly finished elevator cabs; and an impressive 3Form LightArt display.
According to Colvill CEO Chip Colvill, tenant activity has been strong, which he attributes to 1415 Louisiana being "very competitively priced." He also believes Hines assuming management has elevated the property's reputation.
