| Healthfirst then signed a 20-year, 173k SF lease at 100 Church St., above, (tenant reps: JLL's Derek Trulson, Bill Peters, and Daoud Awad; landlord reps: Newmark Knight Frank's Brian Waterman,James Kuhn, John Fanuzzi, Hal Stein, and Lance Korman). In Valhalla, Pepsico inked a 10-year, 75k SF renewal at 100 Summit Lake Dr. (tenant rep: CBRE's Paul Jacobs), while Citigroup signed a five-year early renewal lease for 82k SF at 750 Washington Blvd. in Stamford (tenant reps: Newmark Knight Frank's Steve Baker and Neil Goldmacher). The latter two buildings are owned by SL Green division Reckson. |
