Documents filed with the county clerk's office reveal that Cathexis Holdings sold the 136-acre former KBR site along the ship channel at 4100 Clinton Drive. It appears Midway is now involved. The project was sold to KBRN, which recently forged a corporate partnership with Midway (and offices down the hall from Midway's CityCentre office), reports Swamplot.
Midway's most recent annual report mentions plans for a major mixed-use project along Houston's riverfront. Set among historic and current industrial operations, the site is bordered by Buffalo Bayou northern bank. Midway has also applied for a trademark for a yet-unannounced project called NorthBank Buffalo Bayou. [Swamplot]
