Midway’s CityCentre Hits 90% Occupancy

Midway recently inked six new retail tenants at CityCentre and expanded one of its initial retailers. Combined, the deals absorbed nearly 60k SF and bring the retail portion of the 6.4-acre development to 90% occupied.

On Sept. 10 a 20k SF H&M opened, earlier this month Fellini Gelato & Caffe launched on the south end of Sorella Court, and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will soon open its first location within Houston city limits. Other new and noteworthy tenants include Madewell, slated to open in November, West Elm and Bowl & Barrel. Olive & Vine, a staple since 2011, will more than double with 2k SF of new space.

Parking's about to get easier: CityCentre Five office building will  be complete soon and will provide hundreds of additional parking spaces off Town & Country Boulevard, in addition to more retail opportunities.
