Breaking News: Huge Greenspoint Portfolio Trading

HPI Holdings is about to close on 34 buildings totaling 875k SF in Greenspoint.

Caldwell Cos SVP Bill Ginder (here with Houston Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce president Reggie Gray at Bisnow’s Future of Greenspoint event this week) says the buildings are all along West Hardy and include the Khoshbin portfolio. The sale’s slated to close on Oct. 5. HPI will renovate the buildings, Bill will lease them, and Caldwell will also handle property management. Reggie’s thrilled about the mega-acquisition, which he says is a sign of confidence in Greenspoint and the re-emergence of investment into the area.
