Avera Building 148K SF Industrial Facility On Newly Acquired Pasadena Parcel

Avera Cos. is at it again in Southeast Houston, this time with plans to build a 148K SF distribution building at the corner of Highway 225 and Red Bluff Road in Pasadena on 11.8 newly acquired acres. Avera Cos., led by Trey Odom, has been aggressive in the area, most recently acquiring 368 acres from PPG Industries in December, reports Realty News Report. Avera is also building two buildings totaling 562K SF for Kuraray America in the Bayport Logistics Park and 500K SF for Vinmar International in Baytown.
