Ridgeline Buys MOB, Seeking BTS

Ridgeline Capital Partners purchased a 60k SF MOB in Bellaire at 5420 Dashwood. President Jeff Axley tells us he was drawn to its adjacency to Cornerstone Hospital of Houston and proximity to other area hospitals and the Med Center. The building's 96% leased to 11 tenants (including anchor UT Physicians), so it's no surprise Jeff's eyeing an expansion. The site can accommodate a new standalone build-to-suit up to 10k SF; Transwestern's Sarah Carter is leasing the existing building and seeking users for the potential new facility. Transwestern will also manage the property.
