Memorial Hermann West Houston
The Memorial Hermann system is opening a new $168M location in Cypress this coming Friday. The 81-bed facility is on 32 acres on the northeast side of U.S. 290 and the Grand Parkway between Mason and Mueschke roads. The facility includes an endoscopy and bronchoscopy suite, a 16-bed intensive care unit, a cardiac catheterization lab, a neonatal intensive care unit and a Memorial Hermann Life Flight helicopter pad.
The location is part of the system's strategy to reach patients in outlying areas who find it difficult to access the system's other facilities. Memorial Hermann is also working on a new convenient care center in Kingwood and a new tower in Humble. The Cypress location will be Memorial Hermann's 30th facility.
