Two new Houston-area developers, Evan Katz and Steve Radom, have completed their first project, a retail development in The Heights. Retailers are set to welcome customers in January 2016.
The project brings two Austin-based wellness brands to Houston for the first time. JuiceLand and Black Swan Yoga (which has a manic Austin following) will occupy the renovated building on White Oak Drive at the intersection of The Heights Bike Trail.
The developers refinished many elements of the building, including the authentic, 1920s-era, steel-frame windows.
JuiceLand has locations in Austin and Brooklyn, and Black Swan Yoga has three locations in Austin.
