Look who we found at the Rodeo last night! We ran into Seeberger Architecture’s Jorge Romero and Perry Seeberger, Rich Product’s Joel Bearfield and Mark Nardiello, NAI Houston’s Robin Black, and Cadence McShane's Dan Delforge. Perry and his team are designing Rich’s 200k SF BTS in Lakeview Business Park. Rich is relocating two plants from New Jersey and California and will hire 330 employees. Joel is the first employee to move here (hopping down from Connecticut), so Gage Roofing hosted the entire project construction team at the Rodeo as a welcome.
