Crow Holdings Industrial scored some major absorption at its Apex Distribution Center: Dawn Food Products and Eleganza Tiles took down more than 134k SF. The 24-acre Northwest Houston industrial park has two Class-A buildings completed and a third on the way. Dawn Food Products will occupy 90k SF in Building One; the remaining 50k SF remains available for lease.
