Briarhollow Realty’s Occupancy Update

Briarhollow Realty leasing director DA Smith tells us rental rates are climbing in our scorching-hot market, and space is tight, with thousands of square feet already spoken for. Briarhollow Realty offers six properties in the West Houston market, all currently 85% to fully occupied. The biggest feather in the Briarhollow Realty cap is 2020 Ashford, where a single tenant took the space then changed its mind (cue horror music). DA says that he was able to completely empty and fill the building within 18 months, attracting new tenants with open floor plans and snazzy remodeling. One of the most notable, none-too-shabby tenants: Dow Chemical. DA tells us that many companies want to be in or near The Energy Corridor, but there is only so much room. Don't give up, though: if you don’t play, you can’t score. For more info on our sponsor, email DA here.
