We snapped the Levey team (including prez David Ebro, in the suit) in the doorway of Building A, a 23k SF office/warehouse thats complete and available to lease. (Behind them is Building B, the 18k SF office/warehouse fully leased to GHX Industries.) David says the project sits on a tricky 7.5-acre site at the corner of West Little York and Bingle; its 2 deep in the flood line and pipelines practically box it in.
