The recent NAIOP 2017 Awards of Excellence at Denver Center for the Performing Arts in the Donald R. Seawell Grand Ballroom, honored the best of the best in Colorado's real estate industry for 2016, and also marked 2017 as the Colorado chapter's 40th anniversary.

The Award of Excellence went to United Properties' Kevin Kelley; Developing Leader Member of the Year to Adam Loveland of Citywide Banks; and Member of the Year to Mindy Humphrey of Fidelity National Title Group.
The President's Award was given posthumously to developer Steve Clarke, longtime friend of NAIOP Colorado, and accepted on his behalf by his wife, Lia Clarke.
