Union Station strikes again: a mixed-use development, Union Tower West, is breaking ground next week across from Union Station, whose redevelopment has been a spur to the area's development. The new property, developed by Portman Holdings and Hensel Phelps Construction Co, will include a 180-room Hotel Indigo, an InterContinential Hotel Group brand. It will also feature 100k SF of office space and 10k SF of retail, the Denver Business Journal reports. The hotel will open in winter 2016. [DBJ]
