East West, KSL JV Takes Over Snowmass Development

Vail's East West Partners and Denver's KSL Capital Partners are joining forces to purchase and complete development of the base village at Snowmass. The Snowmass Village town council recently approved preliminary plans for the project.

The seller is Related Cos' Related Colorado, which originally bought the site in 2007. No price was specified.

East West and KSL, who have worked together since 2011, most recently completed development of the Empire Mountain Village at Utah's Deer Valley. They will take over as master developer. [DP]
