Plexus Expands Boulder County Operations

Global engineering and manufacturing business Plexus has leased 26,500 SF at 168 Centennial Parkway in Louisville in metro Denver’s northwest corridor.

The Neenah, Wisconsin-based company’s space is in a recently completed speculative office building developed by Denver-based Koelbel & Co.

“We have seen strong tenant interest at 168 Centennial, especially from companies in the tech and manufacturing sectors," said CBRE Senior Associate Erik Abrahamson, who, with Frank Kelley and Joe Faller, represented Koelbel. “The site’s location between two major urban centers affords excellent access to multiple labor pools, while offering a significant cost savings over a downtown Boulder or Denver address. To see an innovative global leader like Plexus sign onto this project is a true testament to the quality of offering Koelbel has created.”

Plexus provides design and development, supply-chain solutions, new product introduction, manufacturing and aftermarket services to help companies around the world bring their products to market. The company specializes in serving customers with complex products used in demanding regulatory environments. Plexus operates 22 locations worldwide, including the Louisville location. The company is moving to 168 Centennial to expand its Boulder County operations.
