Boulder County Industrial Project To Cater To Smaller Users

Summit at Colorado Technology Center by Comunale Properties, a new spec industrial development totaling 62k SF in Louisville in Boulder County, broke ground recently. According to CBRE's Erik Abrahamson (second from the right), the project will meet the needs of small-bay industrial users (as small as 9,600 SF) who want to stay in Boulder County and take advantage of design elements normally reserved for large tenants.

Among other things, the property is the first in the area to offer 24-foot clear heights for tenants that small. Comunale Properties also designed the site with a flexible layout of smaller, 40-foot bays that can accommodate a variety of size requirements. Along with Erik, CBRE's Tyler Carner, Jeremy Kroner and Jeremy Ballenger are leasing agents for the property.
